Delivery of your orders

We ship from Monday to Friday and deliver in all France by La Poste in Colissimo followed under 5 business days

These delivery times run as from the validation of the Order by AUGIER ET FILS.

In addition, AUGIER ET FILS declines any responsibility and any compensation in the event of delay due to false or erroneous indications which you could have indicated at the time of the Order.

Product Verification:

It is your responsibility to check the number and condition of the Products on receipt.

In case of damage or missing Product, we invite you :

- to make the usual reservations with the carrier directly on the delivery note but also at the latest within three days of receiving the Products, by registered letter;

- to inform us via the "contact us" section within 7 (seven) days of delivery, keeping the invoice and the signed delivery note with your reservations.

Delivery rates

Shipping is free for purchases over 55€ for France and the European Union, and over 70€ for other countries, up to a maximum of 30kg per package.

Europe: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden.
