The story of the company is a story of transmission:
Transmission of the passion of honey
Transmission of the love of the product
Transmission of know-how through the generations
We are happy to share with you our passion of honey.
Each tasting is unique and reveals the varied aromas and textures that characterize our honeys.
This quality is the result of a close collaboration with our beekeepers and is based on the expertise of Pierrick Augier, our Master Honey, in the preparation of honey.
We regularly organize honey tastings in our premises in Vaison-la-Romaine to make our visitors discover all the secrets of honey from Provence.
Our know-how is expressed in the selection of the quality of the honeys as they leave the honey house, then in the preparation of the honeys before packaging, and finally in the packaging itself to preserve all the flavours and virtues of the raw product.
We do not try to impress everyone with exotic or strange honeys. We select and package common honey, some of which are a little rarer and exceptional in taste, such as white heather honey. Our goal is to offer you an explosion of raw flavours in your mouth or in your kitchen. Honey is a fragile product that varies in colour, texture, and flavour from one year to the next, or from one beekeeper to the other, depending on the flowering season or the location of the hives. We try to select the honeys with the best scents, colours, and flavours. Sometimes we get it wrong but it never lasts long...

Our premium honey that is mainly found in fine and specialized grocery shops. It is made with our best honeys which then will benefit from all the ancestral know-how from the Augier et Fils workshop.
Our selection of iconic honeys recognisable by the bees on the blue capsules. The honey is carefully selected and packaged with the care that gives the products their inimitable taste and fragrance. Label Rouge Lavender PGI honey is the bestseller of this range. It is the "candy" honey par excellence. A single spoonful transports you to a deckchair with the sound of a waterfall, the song of the cicadas and the scent of Provence, warm and welcoming.
A selection of honeys from the south and Europe, mainly sourced in Spain!
In order to be sure to offer monofloral honeys with a high content, Augier et Fils will search, in Europe, honeys of high quality. A range, composed of citrus honeys (lemon and orange) but also thyme and rosemary honeys or simply flower honeys, which will delight the most refined palates.
These honeys are subject to the same attention and analysis as all our ranges in order to offer you different but always intense moments of consumptions and emotions.
You want to hear the song of the cicadas, smell the scent of the garrigue or enjoy the sunshine of the South of France.
With our range of honey, "Le Rucher des Garrigues Nîmoises", all you have to do is open the jar to hear the delicate buzzing od insects in the garrigue and taste the sweetness of lavender, rosemary or Provencal flower honey.
A top-of-the-range but more affordable brand intended for large-scale food distribution.
