We offer traceability from the jar to the hive. To do this, a honey can only enter our maturing workshop if the beekeeper has carried out the traceability records from the apiary.
Each honey that is ripened is listed and its quality analysis is recorded. Honey from new beekeepers is subject to counter-analysis.
Quality labels are a guarantee for consumers. These labels are proof of a high level of control. Honeys bearing a PGI or Label Rouge are systematically checked by an interprofessional authority once a year.
All organic honeys are certified by an official body recognised by the state.

Several of our honeys have quality labels: Label Rouge, Protected Geographical Indication for lavender and flower honeys and organic certification for our French organic honeys.
Strict quality processes are in place to ensure optimal quality: quality controls, analyses, hygiene and safety plans, traceability of our honeys.

The Label rouge is a French national acronym that allows consumers to identify products with a higher quality compared to other similar products.

The Protected Geographical Indication identifies an agricultural product whose quality, reputation and characteristics are linked to a specific region of origin.
The PGI is also a recognition of know-how it is dedicated to existing products and as such extends its guarantee both locally and internationally.

The European "Organic Agriculture" logo is also called "Eurofeuille". Its presence on the label ensures compliance with the European Union's organic farming regulation.
The European logo can be applied to products that:
The harvest: We make sure that the beekeepers comply with the specifications for PGI, Label Rouge and organic products. They are audited by certified organisations such as Ecocert or Qualisud.
The Geographical Origin and the variety of flowers harvested: The finesesse of the analyses makes it possible to determine with precision the geographical origin of a honey and to guarantee the variety of flowers foraged. For example, no lavender pollen from Portugal should be found in a honey form Provence.
Pesticides and Antibiotics: We use advanced analytical methods to ensure that there are no pesticide or antibiotic residues (EU rules).
Adulteration: One of the most common honey frauds is the addition of glucose syrup. Our analyses determine that our honeys have not been tampered with and that they contains nothing but the work of the bees.
All organic honeys are certified by a government-approved body.
