In 1929, Louis Augier started a beekeeping business. 4 generations later, the company has professionalized its expertise in selecting, preserving, and packaging the best honey.
Each honey from the beekeeping operation of about forty beekeepers, mostly from Provence, France, is carefully observed, tasted, and analysed before entering the maturation workshop
Each honey is packaged at controlled temperature after maturation. The honey that is jarred is stored in controlled temperature storage locations before being distributed
Pierrick Augier, Louis’ great-grandson, is now the production manager in charge of product quality. He maintains and passes on this high level of artisanal know-how. In order to protect this unique and essential know-how in the company, Pierrick trains an apprentice who accompanies him daily in his work.
