Soft and tasty Banana Bread with honey

Ingredients :
- 3 ripe bananas
- 75 g almond powder
- 90 g compote with no added sugar, apple or other
- 2 eggs
- 1 heaped tablespoon of acacia honey
- 100 g wholemeal flour (rye for me)
- 100 ml almond milk with no added sugar
- Small pieces of chocolate for delicacy
- ½ bag of yeast
Preheat the oven to 150°c with the rotary heat.
Peel and cut 2 bananas into pieces. Cut the third one lengthwise (keep it aside).
Put all the ingredients (except the banana set aside) in a bowl and mix it all together!
Pour into a lightly oiled cake tin (not necessary if you have a silicone tin) and bake for 1 hour (depending on your oven). Place the 2 bananas on top after 10 minutes of baking (otherwise they will sink into the mixture).
Unmould when cool.
